Essential Duties

·          Analyzes and evaluates customer’s business systems and end user needs

·          Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions and steps required to develop or modify computer programs

·          Implement Powel’s software products based on end user needs

·          Configure and integrate internal and customer system requirements

Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

·          This is an entry level position

·          Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science from an accredited curriculum, or equivalent education

·          Knowledge of object-oriented programming, such as Delphi

·          Familiarity with databases, such as Oracle, SQL Server

·          Ability to translate technical terms and process flows to the customer

·          Electrical engineering or electrical utility experience desired
